1. INTRODUCTION
This Return and Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund for digital products purchased from notionlabs.
All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or returned.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products sold through notionlabs are delivered electronically via email and account access upon payment confirmation.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are handled according to the 14-day withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection laws, subject to the waiver provisions described below.
3. 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (EU/UK CONSUMERS)
3.1 If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
3.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
3.3 However, you expressly agree that performance of the contract (delivery of digital content) begins immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal if you expressly consent to the early performance and confirm that you are aware of the consequences of losing your right of withdrawal.
3.4 By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and agree that you are not entitled to a refund once access has been provided.
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
4.1 notionlabs offers a satisfaction guarantee for all digital products as follows:
4.2 All products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the product or accessed it. If you have downloaded the product, we may not be able to issue a refund due to the nature of digital content.
4.3 If you experience technical issues with a product that cannot be resolved, we will make every effort to assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
4.4 Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@notionlabs.store with your order number and the reason for your request.
